* The meeting point at the Punta Langosta terminal is set in the lighthouse in front of the port, in the vicinity of Starbucks.
* At SSA Mexico or Puerta Maya, the meeting point is located in the Plaza Royal Village, specifically in the Martà sports store.
* For hotels and Airbnb, the meeting point is defined on the outside of the property.
* For passengers arriving from Playa del Carmen by ferry, the meeting point is at the monument of Las Golondrinas, visible on the left as they leave the quay

Full refunds for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour start. Late cancellations or changes are non-refundable.
If the tour is canceled due to adverse weather, we offer an alternative date or a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.
The tour does not include souvenir photos (available for $10 USD), marine and pier fees ($10.00 USD cash per passenger), or personal expenses beyond the provided amenities. We recommend personal travel insurance for safety.
