To make your experience even easier, we offer vehicle delivery to your hotel, accommodation, or cruise port, subject to prior coordination and availability.
Fuel: Gasoline is not included in the rental price. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level agreed upon at the time of delivery.
Rentals are charged in 24-hour periods, starting from the agreed vehicle delivery time.
For example, if your vehicle is delivered at 10:00 AM, it must be returned by 10:00 AM the following day for a one-day rental.
Delivery and return locations can be coordinated in advance, including hotels, accommodations, and cruise ports in Cozumel, subject to availability.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time are eligible for a full refund.
Requests involving emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually.
